Considered a forward-thinking professional with entrepreneurial talents, Kim’s consulting credentials and expertise includes 20+ years of experience as a Corporate Senior Executive in the hospitality industry.
Before joining White Rock Group, Kim was a Senior Vice President of Legal Operations for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc., a global $5B timeshare resort developer and management company with nearly 1,000,000 owners, 200+ resorts and 200+ owner associations. In this capacity, she was responsible for title services, registration, foreclosures, and owner exit programs. She also formulated highly-effective strategies, created efficient processes, led the development of various programs, and effectively partnered with industry professionals. Her contributions resulted in awards from the American Resort Development Association including a “Stevie” for customer service and the ARDA ACE Innovator Award.
